Caledon Village is a small hamlet along Highway 10 in the northern part of the Town of Caledon, near where the highway crosses the Niagara Escarpment. It's a much smaller community than Bolton or Caledon East, and the properties reflect that — a mix of older village lots close to the highway and larger rural properties spreading out on either side. We treat it as its own service area rather than an afterthought to the rest of Caledon, because the work itself is genuinely local: driveway and walkway jobs sized to the village, plus the occasional larger acreage project further out.
The escarpment terrain right around Caledon Village means more properties here deal with real grade change than in most of the areas we serve — retaining walls that need to actually manage water pressure behind them, not just hold a slope in place, and drainage routed around the way the land actually falls rather than assumed flat. We assess that on-site before quoting, because guessing on a grading job here is how you end up back at the same property in two years fixing a wall that was never going to hold.
Given the distance from our Etobicoke base, we schedule Caledon Village jobs with that travel time built in and are upfront about it when we quote — but the on-site assessment, the written quote, and the standard of work are the same as anywhere else we serve. Call 437-441-2210 or send a text with a few photos of the property and we'll get back to you as soon as possible.
Clear written pricing before work begins. Any unforeseen conditions or requested changes are discussed and approved before additional work proceeds.
